Rural Development Management: CSA Planner and GIS Analyst Mike Savage provides planning and management for rural property owners. He has experience in all types of rural development issues ranging from helping individual landowners navigate the requirements for bridge building and floodplain reviews to assisting corporations with construction and implementation of long-range development goals and objectives. Mike’s first-hand experience with his own entitlement and development projects has enhanced his appreciation for what it takes to put together and execute a plan successfully. Rural Development Assistance: CSA Associate Planner Melissa Stiles has experience helping rural property owners secure homesite approval by installing septic systems, water systems, power facilities and driveways. Her work includes collecting contractor bids, coordinating with county and state agencies for inspections and permits, completing documents that satisfy conditions of approval and working with surveyors, engineers and other professionals. Melissa brings her marketing background to every project; she communicates with property owners about project status and meets deadlines.
