Assistance: CSA Associate Planner
Melissa Stiles has experience helping rural property
owners secure homesite approval by installing septic
systems, water systems, power facilities and driveways. Her
work includes collecting contractor bids, coordinating with
county and state agencies for inspections and permits,
completing documents that satisfy conditions of approval and
working with surveyors, engineers and other professionals.
