We have an extensive background in understanding intent and interpretation of code. And we have an expertise in clearly, concisely and accurately writing language for development codes. Some of our projects have included working on the City of Medford Economic Element Update, the Cave Junction Comprehensive Plan, the Grants Pass Public Facilities Plan, the Southeast Medford Plan Collaboration, the Grants Pass Urban Growth Boundary Amendment, the White City Urban Unincorporated Community Plan and the U.S. Cellular Community Sports Park.

We have also extensive knowledge with county development codes. We have worked with  Jackson County on the following projects: Comprehensive Plan Revisions; Land Development Ordinance Revisions; Transportation System Plan; Parks Master Plan; Greenway Plan; Library System; Fairgrounds Master Plan.
